5 Months!

WOAH! Where does time go? Seriously, this little man is sooo big already, I just took a picture of him in his crib, and I was trying to model it after one I took of mini Kaylie, and then I realized, the picture I was trying to model it after was of Kaylie at 3 months old, oh wait, Josh is already 5 months! Ha! I cannot believe how old he is, and how much bigger he is than my teensy little Kaylie was! How fun are baby rolls...I had no idea til now! Thanks big man for being mine for 5 whole months now! Love you!!!!

It was so freezing, but it was SUCH a blast! I always love date nights where it's just James and me, but this was especially fun!!!! If you didn't see this game, or missed all the major publicity and highlights, you better look it up...
James has never been to a game when the fans rushed the field...(I have, and I thought it was hilarious that they now make the goal posts able to fold down so the fans don't rip them out and pass them up the crowd (like was done at the Y game I went to as a Freshman at the U!) Ha!)

Evans Halloween Party:

and this last pic was pretty much the only trick-or-treating Kaylie did...sad to say...but we hung out at my mom's on Halloween, and by the time we tried to trick-or-treat, it was really late, and the 2 houses we went to, no one was home...bummer dude!
So, to explain too, you'll notice James has a different costume on in that top pic of this section, that was his REAL costume this year...Cletus from the Simpsons, or a common hillbilly, whichever.... and at the Evans' party, I actually put forth a little effort and dressed up as his wife...but my camera was out of batteries off and on, so I need to get those pics from Colleen...so they will come soon... :)

Young Women

So, James is busy with his Young Men calling...but guess what, I'm busy with my Young Women calling too... And actually, James can't ever go to the Wednesday night activities, and he's not home to watch the kids either, so I get to take both of them along to every activity... The girls are so helpful, and the boys tease and chase Kaylie and she loves it! It's so fun to get to hang out with teenagers...I swear I still am one...(except for ya know, the fact that I have a husband, and 2 kids!!!)
Oh, and another girl in YW has to bring her kiddos sometimes too, this last pic is Kaylie and Porter, her favorite Wednesday night pal (she likes him other days too...)

Oh my goodness, I love this boy!!!

So, this is a little sneak-peek at the new family pics we just got done with my whole family...It was a little chaotic 2 hours, but Melissa (melissasuephotography.blogspot.com) pulled off some great shots...but I'm not posting more til I have all the ones I want, which are still being put on a cd...

The reason I post this one, of Josh, and no one else, is because I don't have video, but he has started laughing! Yep! I can't remember when Kaylie started laughing, or what's "normal," and I don't care, because he is now, and it is FABULOUS! He's such a fun little guy, and it was extra fun watching him laugh for the first time...

I was playing with his hands and he was smiling and cooing, and then all of the sudden, it totally caught him off guard, he was gurgly laughing, and then it turned into a full on laugh, and it was soooo cute! AND, the cool part about it, was James was right there to see it too...which, is a rarity...the man is never home (with school and work, and work and school, and his calling (which takes him away most of Sunday and some weekends for campouts, etc...), So, even though he's not around a lot, he WAS home for a majorly fun milestone! And then he got him to laugh too... I just love my boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eight is Great!

I titled this picture "uno mas." Yup. Thursday night, after I got home from work, I went outside and heard a cat meowing...yep, from my garage! Bye bye to another little guy. At least now he's not lonely...
